The centre is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on all statutory holidays. Part time spaces may be two or three days per week.
18–36 MONTHS
Toddler Program
Ages: 18 months to three years
Total Children: 12
Toddlers enjoy the bright and spacious upper floor of the Centre. Daily art, story time, circle time and free play promote learning, socialization, and motor skill development. In addition, children spend time outside in the extensive playground. Each afternoon children rest in a quiet, darkened room. Morning and afternoon snacks as well as lunch are provided.
3–5 YEARS
Preschool Program
Ages: 3-5 years
Total Children: 24
Preschoolers enjoy free play including songs and stories. After morning snack, children participate in teacher led activities which include math, science, art, music and language development. Children play outdoors daily in Pooh Corner’s extensive playground. During quiet time, children are encouraged to rest and may sleep. Morning and afternoon snacks as well as lunch are provided.
